Who we are
Kryspal Media is provided by SUN YIXIONG, an individual (“Kryspal”, “we”, “us”), who is the data controller for the data described here. This policy covers this website and the license service that paid plans use. Contact: support@kryspal.net.
This website
This website is static. It has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request logs (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site.
The FREE plan
A server on the FREE plan never connects to our license service. Your library, members and watch history stay on your own server and are never sent to us. Your server may contact the metadata services you enable to fill in titles and posters; those requests come from your server and do not pass through us.
Paid plans: the heartbeat
Servers with a PRO or MAX license contact the license service when they start and then about every 12 hours. A heartbeat sends only these fields:
- license number (an identifier, not the license key itself)
- installation ID
- rotation number
- program version
- operating system and CPU architecture
It does not send your media, titles, file names, member or device counts, or watch history.

When you use the license website, we email you a one-time code to confirm that you own the address. This does not create an account.
MAX trial
To start a trial we ask for your email address and send you a verification code. We use the address to send the code and your trial license key, and so that you can look the key up on the license website. To enforce one trial per email we keep a one-way hash of it, and to enforce one trial per installation we keep the installation ID. We use the address to tell you about the public release only if you tick “Notify me when it is released”; we do not use it for anything else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem, the merchant of record. Creem collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your purchase email, the plan and an order reference, and never your card details.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that operate our services (for example Cloudflare for hosting and Creem for payments) and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to support@kryspal.net from your purchase email. After deletion we can no longer verify the license, so it ends.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
