1. The program
These terms apply to the Kryspal Media partner program (“the Program”), run by Kryspal (see the Terms of Service for the operator). By applying, you agree to them. Applications are open now; the Program starts when Kryspal Media launches.
2. Applying and approval
Apply with the form on the Partner program page. We decide who joins the Program, and we do not have to give a reason.
3. Commission
- You earn 25% of each qualifying sale.
- A lifetime plan earns commission once, on the sale. A monthly or yearly plan earns commission on every billing period, for up to 12 months.
- Upgrades from PRO to MAX do not earn commission.
- Refunded or charged-back orders do not earn commission. Commission already counted for them is reversed or deducted from later commission.
4. Discount code and links
Each partner gets a personal discount code that gives your audience 10% off. A sale counts for you when it happens within 60 days of a visitor clicking your link.
5. Payouts
Payouts are handled by Creem, our payment provider. You must complete identity verification with Creem. Commission is paid under the payout rules Creem publishes at the time (settlement period and minimum balance); the application page and the partner dashboard show what Creem displays, and that is what applies. Payouts are also subject to Creem’s terms for affiliates. You are responsible for the taxes that apply to you where you live.
6. Promotion rules
You must follow these rules whenever you promote Kryspal Media:
- Do not promote, or suggest, that Kryspal Media can be used to watch content you do not have the rights to, or to share resources or resource packs.
- Do not use our brand name in paid search ads.
- Do not buy through your own link or code.
- Do not send spam or make exaggerated or false claims, for example “free forever” or “cracked”.
- Disclose your relationship with us as the local laws where you publish require.
7. Breaking the rules
If you break these rules, you are disqualified from the Program and your commission is void.
8. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the Program, or end the Program, at any time. Commission you have already earned stays payable under these terms.
