Cases we handle by email
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The license key was not delivered and we cannot re-issue it.

Cancelling a subscription
Cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time to stop future charges. The license stays valid until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refunded or charged-back payment makes the license invalid. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first.
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
